  • What payment options are there?

You have various payment options at PlayWear. No additional fees will be charged for a particular payment option. Below is an overview:

  • How long will it take until I receive my order?

You can read that on the page shipping and delivery. Depending on the time you order (before or after 9 PM), the delivery will either take place within 24 hours or within 2 working days. With that, we have the fastest shipping time of all grip socks on the market!

 

  • I want to return my socks (for any reason), is that possible?

That is certainly possible. Moreover, it is FREE. To do this, you need to contact us within 30 days after delivery. We will then send a return label. An important condition is that the socks are in pristine condition. If the socks are damaged due to unusual use, we unfortunately cannot allow a return. Once we have received the returned socks, we will fully refund the amount of the returned socks. For more info, check our page returns

 

  • What is the size of the grip socks?

We have 2 sizes in our grip socks: 37-42 and 43-47. Do you have shoe size 48? Then our largest size should also suffice! If the socks are not good, you can always return them and we will refund everything. PLEASE NOTE: Players with shoe size 42 should choose the smaller size. We learned this from feedback from other athletes. The flexibility ensures that the smaller size fits better for people with shoe size 42.

 

  • How do I wear the grip socks with my long competition socks?

In the video below we show how you can combine the grip socks with your long competition socks. 

 

 

  • What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are not at home at the first delivery time, a new delivery attempt will be made or your package will be stored in a post office/depot. In any case, you will be notified that a delivery attempt has been made and the steps you can now take to receive the package. If there is a problem, you can of course always contact us.

 

  • There is a manufacturing defect in my socks, what now?

If a production error has occurred and your socks break after wearing them only a few times, you can always contact us. The shipping costs to return them are all you have to pay. We will send you a new pair for FREE. All you have to do is send us a photo clearly showing the error and we will take care of the rest for you!

 

  • What is the best way to wash the socks?

The socks are best washed at a low temperature, 30°C is recommended. The maximum temperature for washing is 40°C. Afterwards, dry them at a low temperature in the dryer for the best results. Then they remain flexible for longer. The socks must not be bleached.
