WArm-up guide
The problem with the standard warm-up method is that it is way too long and focuses on the wrong things.
As you will learn, it often has a negative effect on your explosive performance and little added value for your technical performance. So the duration is already one problem. This is because there are often many breaks and exercises with the ball that are too long. Endlessly kicking long balls, passing from a standstill, excessively long ball possession forms and frequent finishing on goal do not lead to better performance. The real question is why is this still being put into warming up in such a long time? We don't know.
What we do know is that focusing on other things will help you in the competition. The ball is also involved, but in shorter, more dynamic and explosive forms. Help yourself and your entire team by using our guide to win the match before it even starts.
